Shipping

All bespoke commissions are processed within 12 weeks of receiving customer flowers and are delivered by Royal Mail using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®. You should expect to receive your parcel the next working day after receiving a Sprig & Press despatch update.

Shop purchases are delivered by Royal Mail and should be received within 5-7 working days from the date you placed your order.

Sprig & Press does not despatch orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email when your order has been despatched.

Returns Policy

Returns & REFUNDS

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned work, unless items arrive damaged or defective, Sprig & Press cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders. Deposits are refundable until the day before flowers are scheduled to be received.

Shop orders can be cancelled and refunded if the item has not yet been despatched. Unless anything arrives damaged or defective, despatched items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Damages & Defects

We take great care in packaging and shipping our orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective or has been damaged in transit. All damages must be confirmed with photographic evidence and reported within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

Repairs

If you have damaged your item and you would like a repair, please get in touch using the contact details provided in this guide. If I am able to repair your item I will give you a quote via email. Please note that the customer is also responsible for all postage costs.
